Barely anyone in England has their penis circumcised. But, most girls in America hate uncircumcised penises. What is the problem, surely a penis is just a penis!?
Sadly, the proliferation of circumcision in America over the past century has resulted in generations of Americans who view the foreskin as something extra and undesirable. Luckily, circumcision largely died out in England by the 1950s, but America is taking quite some time to catch up.
