View on Circumcision.
Why are people still supportive of circumcision?? I’m surprised that in our movement, especially, one that is all about identity and self, that this isn’t a bigger issue. Plus, it has roots in religion. Just as assigning gender or choosing a sex at birth (if one is born intersex) to be wrong, I see the decision to alter someone else’s genitalia (WITHOUT CONSENT) to be wrong. I don’t care how it “looks,” let the person choose what they want. And if that happens to be circumcision later in life, so be it.
